The Chief Executive, Mr C Y Leung, met the visiting acting Governor of Shandong Province, Mr Guo Shuqing, in Government House this evening (May 28) to exchange views on issues of mutual concern.
Mr Leung welcomed Mr Guo on his visit. He thanked Shandong Province for attaching great importance to the economic and trade ties with Hong Kong. He hoped that more Shandong enterprises would invest in Hong Kong or co-operate with Hong Kong enterprises, and use Hong Kong as a platform to "go global".
