A briefing cum luncheon between the Legislative Council (LegCo) Members and the Consuls-General in Hong Kong was organised today (March 31) in the LegCo Complex, which provided an opportunity for Members to make the acquaintance of the consular officials and exchange views with them on the work of LegCo and matters of mutual concern.
The President of LegCo, Mr Jasper Tsang, hosted the luncheon and he also conducted a briefing for the attending Consuls-General on the work of LegCo before the luncheon.
The luncheon was attended by Mr Tam Yiu-chung, Mr Tommy Cheung, Mr Vincent Fang, Mr Paul Tse, Mr Albert Chan, Mr Gary Fan, Mr Ma Fung-kwok, Mr Charles Peter Mok, Mr Kenneth Leung, Dr Helena Wong, Mr Ip Kin-yuen, Mr Martin Liao and Mr Chung Kwok-pan.24 Consuls-General or their representatives attended the briefing and luncheon.
