Police today (March 17) holding charged two men aged 29 and 35 jointly with two counts of murder.
The two men were arrested on March 15 in suspected connection with a murder case in Mong Kok in which some sections of human body were found inside a unit in Kok Cheung Street on March 15. The deceased were confirmed to be the 29-year-old man's parents who were reported missing on March 9.
The two men will appear in Kowloon City Magistrates' Courts tomorrow (March 18).
Post-mortem examinations will be conducted on the deceased to ascertain the cause of their death.
Active investigations by Regional Crime Unit of Hong Kong Island are under way.
